Secular dating, based on archaeological evidence and astronomical records, of Churban Bayit Rishon is fairly solid at 586 BCE, which is about 70 years prior to this date.

586BCE converted to our calendar, would be 3175, 163/164 years before the traditional dating of 3338/3339.
