Hey, can I join the club?

I am a fundie. I know I come across as dogmatic most of the time, but - -

I dug back a few months and found this post I posted on

Those of us in here are either Jews that know the NT faith very well, or Jews and Gentiles that were once christian who definitely understand how christians think. All of us are prepared to combat anything that a christian try's to convince us of other wise.

as the saying goes.... "Been there done that"

X,

You may be confident of possessing all knowledge on both sides of the issue...kudos to you. I am not so confident about having complete knowledge in any area of life, actually.

I am a seeker, I have not 'arrived.' And doubt I ever will until I reach the other side.

In fact, although I have adopted a certain creed with wholehearted devotion, I would not be the least bit surprised to eventually find out that 99% of what I had thought about the reality of God (while here on earth) is wrong.

I like to hear and ponder the thoughts of others, and consider myself open when I listen.

As a member of the medical profession, I know that one of the most dangerous situations we can have is a member of the team who is overconfident and/or too proud to 'ask' when they don't know something.

From reading the posts here, I have gathered that no, not all here DO understand Christianity as I understand it..that is why I try, at times to offer a glimpse into my world. Each may do with that as they wish.

God bless you on your journey,
