There are specific predictions about many people (good, bad) and many things in the Tanakh.

I find it very difficult to believe that the Tanakh doesn't say anything about Jesus.

Joe, I've asked the same question before.
How could the Hebrew prophets who were never AMBIGOUS about anything of significance to the Jews possibly miss Jesus ?

you have answered your own question. he is not mentioned because if he existed at all, he was not anything of significance to jews or israel. false messiahs were many back then. zealots were many back then. if the xian god existed, he was no different than the other false messiahs and zealots that met their demise and that the prophets did not write about. in fact, he was so non-significant that historians (jewish, greek, roman) of that time did not even write about him. should be a big red flag for xians.

All the answers I got were GENERIC prophecies and commentaries that could easily apply to a lot of people throughout history.

it is the 300 "prophecies" which xians claim are about the xian god that are GENERIC and can apply to many people then and now.
