Deuteronomy 34:10

The phrase is about the future, not the past. The word can be translated as past tense or as a particle. In the past tense youll find it in 1 Kings 8:54 and also in Esther 5:9. We know it is a particle, not past tense in Deuteronomy 34:10 because the word means again. So is a particle. The text is saying NEVER AGAIN (future) will there arise a prophet like Moses.
And everything that Sarah tells you, listen to her voice. Genesis, 21:12
