This is an open forum. You cannot force people to reply or NOT to reply. To insist that someone has to reply to each and every one of your posts is not good forum etiquette.

It doesn't matter if you address a post to a specific individual. This is not email. This is not snail mail. This is not private messaging. MT is an open forum. The person you addressed may or may not respond. Others may or may not respond. :: By posting on an open forum you do not get to dictate who replies.

I'm sure going to keep those things in mind.
