If you're using the KJV then you will notice a difference in the numbers on the psalms.
Simple answer Harry:
Isa 43:10-11
10.
"You are My witnesses," says the Lord, "and My servant whom I chose," in order that you know and believe Me, and understand that I am He; before Me no god was formed and after Me none shall be. l
11. I, I am the Lord, and besides Me there is no Savior
.
Isa 45: 21-22
21. Declare and present, let them even take counsel together; who announced this from before, [who] declared it from then? Is it not I, the Lord, and there are no other gods besides Me, a just and saving God there is not besides Me.
22.
Turn to Me and be saved, all the ends of the earth, for I am God, and there is no other
I'm sure that if the Tanach used the name of HaShem instead of the L-rd. It would be a whole lot easier for you and others to see that the L-rd refers to HaShem as G_d and not J=sus.
Psalms 3:7_____Psalms 3:8 Refers to being saved from enemys. Like all people when facing trouble we call out to G-d for protection and help out of the situation. Nothing spiritual here.
Psalms 6:4.
And my soul is very frightened, and You, O Lord, how long?
...
This too I believe is physical for verse 6 says:
6. For there is no memory of You in death; in the grave, who will thank You?
...
remember Judaism speaks of the soul as also being the body. "Nefesh"
You might read this understanding of the soul.

Tehillim - Chapter 7
1. A shiggayon of David, which he sang to the Lord concerning Cush the Benjamite.
2. O Lord, my God, I have taken refuge in You; save me from all my pursuers and deliver me.
3. Lest he tear my soul like a lion, rending it to pieces with no one to save [me].
Again this is physical
Psalm 7:10? May evil destroy the wicked, and may You establish the righteous, for the righteous God tests the hearts and the reins.
So if you want to discuss any of these I'll do it with you. Just let me know what you're seeing in them. If you don't have the Tanach you can get it on line here.

Just remember that the majority of the time the Tanach is speaking of the physical soul or body.
