Judaism rests on three things: teshuva, tefillah and tzeddekah.

Teshuva is turning (or returning) to G-d. Tefillah is communing with G-d (much more than just prayer) and tzeddekah is doing good to others.

There are levels of tzeddekah. To give unwillingly is the lowest level -- to give joyfully is another and to give without anyone knowing you've done a good deed is the best.

There are many examples of selfless behavior on the part of Xians who just want to help their fellow man. I've personally known doctors, nurses and even veterinarians who take their vacation time and their own money to go to third world countries. They bring healthcare to those who couldn't afford it, and for no reason other than "it is the right thing to do."

There are many unsung heroes in the world, and many of them are Xians. (Remember the recent story of the baby in Iraq with Spina Bifida? The soldiers helped pay for her trip to America where the doctors gave their services freely to help her. The child was a Muslim and the soldiers were Xians).
