My Recent Posts
The star is two triangles one upright and one upside down. The triangles are symbols that represent the "Cohen" and "King". At the entrance to King Solomons temple there were two pillars. One represented the King called "Boaz" and the High priest called "Joachin: The right side triangle represents the king, born of the land and exalted in heaven. The upside triangle represents the priest or word of god that comes from up above and is transmitted down to his people. So basically the star is representative of the cooperative rule of King and Priest. Well at least that is what we are taught in the lodge.
