1. Unitarians like JW's believe in the book of Hebrews and do not see a Trinity in it. I don't see how Clement quoting Hebrews helps you.

Nor do they see JCs Divinity in it. Rebecca is assuming what she is trying to prove her circular reasoning is obvious. As you have pointed out well, EVERYTHING in Hebrews or other NT passages used as proof texts for JC as G-d can fit even better as expressions of JC as a god, which is exactly how Philo describes the Logos in explicit contrast to G-d Himself The G-d. So, it is entirely circular to use such passages to interpret Clement or any other early church father as upholding JC as G-d or as a Trinitarian.
