I don't see in any of what you have quoted from Clement's writings where he says that the 3 were all part of the same godhead, i.e., that all 3 were 1 god - the trinity. In fact, from 42:1-3, by the same logic, or induction, that you are apparently using, one can claim that the apostles are also part of the godhead.:rolleyes

So when Clement says:

"For as God liveth, and the Lord Jesus Christ liveth, and the Holy Spirit,
who are the faith and the hope of the elect ..."
...

you read that as him saying that the three entities are living, and the hope of mankind, but entirely separate beings?

If so, is that not offset somewhat by this comment of his:

"for He Himself (Jesus) through the Holy Spirit thus invite thus: Come, my children, hearken unto Me, I will teach you the fear of the Lord."

In 45:2 Clement relays:

Ye have searched the scriptures, which are true, which were given
through the Holy Ghost
;

So here we have the author relaying that Jesus, through the Holy Spirit invites us, teaches us.
And elsewhere he relays that the Scriptures, (which we know are from God) were given through the Holy Spirit.

As I said, it is an intricate relationship, a holy dance, a mystery....
and yes, as I read it, Clement does relay the inter-workings of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
