The discussion in this thread has made one thing very, very clear, at least to me. Those who "see" the trinity in the GT and in the writings of individuals such as Clement I do so only because they presuppose the trinity.

A Jew who is Jewish will never "see" a triune godhead in the GT nor in the works of Clement I. Former Christians who once believed in the trinity and later abandoned that belief, will also not "see" a triune godhead in these works.
