Arikm, Once you open the possiblity that G-d can be human then you must not stop there. If G-d can be a human, then he can be a pig, a favorite pet, a storm, a spatial phenomeon, etc.

My point was the angels from heaven sometimes appear as men - but were not men, as you and I. Do you agree or disagree that they were not men - ever?

In like respect, God appearing as a man - would not equate to Him being a man. Or even Him having existed before time, before the creation, in a form that we were fashion after, when God did decide to create man. Doesn't it seem unique to you that both men on the earth and the angels in heaven have the same form, but are not the same creations? It seems to me that God had a purpose that was just not earthly.

Sincerely,

Doug L.
