I was pondering these things a bit last night. Ask anyone in my 'hood anything about TaNaKh. Anything. By what means does this person come by any awareness, whereby to answer?

Take the concept of "forgiveness." Just that one. How different would the world be without it? What one institution is, actually, the only exponent of it, gentiles know of?
