What are the Hebrew words for 'resurrection'....
Where do these terms originate? The oral tradition?

There is a reference to the resurrection of the dead in Daniyyel, although he doesn't use the term תְּחִיַּת הַמֵּתִים t'hiyyat ha-métim:

"....and many of those who are sleeping in the dusty earth will wake up - these [i.e. the ones who will wake up] for eternal life, and those [i.e. the others who won't wake up] for disgrace, for universal abhorrence." (Daniyyel 12:2)
This is what the verse actually says; but christian mistranslations make it sound as though the dead will be divided into three groups rather than two:
(1) those who will wake up for eternal life,
(2) those who will wake up for eternal disgrace, and
(3) those who are not going to wake up at all.
