Thomas, it has been pointed out, by countless Xian writers, that Jesus (supposedly being god and a prophet, I want to vomit) knew the Tanach backwards and forwards. The n.t., has him quoting scripture by heart again and again. You know which passages I am alluding to. Even assuming that Sh'vachtani means the same as Azavtani, let us assume for a second that Jesus really was God.
1. He would remember the exact Hebrew wording of prophecies he himself, as God, inspired in David and other prophets.
2. He would quote these words exactly as they were written in his name.
3. He would not have allowed the massive errors, like this, to have crept into his beloved n.t., also written in his name.
4. He would have known, anyway, that he had not abandoned "himself".

I have to go take a shower, now that I have written this utter blasphemy.
