Forgive me for being somewhat confused.
I always thought that when people said that, it was because they didn't understand what G-d was trying to say in His actions. Does this make sense? There are lessons that He teaches to us, correct? If G-d says "I want this done" then there's a reason for it, even if some of us don't understand that reason. So how can we say that God is evil or cruel?
Thanks.
Susan
