Of course the T'nach never says any such thing, not least because the language it is written in (Hebrew) doesn’t even have a word for “hell”. On the contrary, it teaches the exact opposite:
הַשְׁלִ֣יכוּ מֵֽעֲלֵיכֶ֗ם אֶת־כָּל־פִּשְׁעֵיכֶם֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר פְּשַׁעְתֶּ֣ם בָּ֔םוַֽעֲשׂ֥וּ לָכֶ֛ם לֵ֥ב חָדָ֖שׁ וְר֣וּחַ חֲדָשָׁ֑הוְלָ֥מָּה תָמֻ֖תוּ בֵּ֥ית יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃כִּ֣י לֹ֤א אֶחְפֹּץ֙ בְּמ֣וֹת הַמֵּ֔תנְאֻ֖ם אֲדֹנָ֣י אֱלֹהִ֑ים [שם הוויה]וְהָשִׁ֖יבוּ וִֽחְיֽוּ׃“Throw away from yourselves all your rebellions in which you rebelledand make new hearts and new attitudes for yourselves;why should you die, House of Yisraél?Because I get no pleasure from the death of one who deserves to die,”is the declaration of Adonai God—“Return [to Me] and live!” (Y'ḥezkél 18:31-32)
Note also that Y'ḥezkél says we are to “make the new hearts and new attitudes” for ourselves—he does NOT say that God is going to provide them for us!
