Mark, you should know the "bit" about translations and accuracy by now.

Genesis 49:11  is speaking of the color of the grapes.   Jews are forbidden from drinking blood -- remember?   The line in Bereshit (Genesis) 49:11) does not infer that Jews drink blood -- ritual or otherwise, does it?

UriYosef just wrote to you about reading things in context.   The references you give in this post show that you still see to not comprehend the concept.

Your reference of Exodus 12 ignores context.  Jews eat meat -- and Jews eat the meat of sacrifices -- Jews do NOT eat the meat of humans or even of non-kosher animals.  Jews do not drink blood -- ritual or otherwise.    Note that the paschal lamb (the subject of Exodus 12) is a celebratory sacrifice and has nothing to do with atonement.
