every single action, in his view, has to be either one or the other; good or bad, there being no "indifferent."

As much as "kumbaya" religions would like to believe otherwise, doesn't it seem that this has always been God's way? (Deuteronomy 2:24, 3:3; Exodus 34:11, 24; etc.)

Chrstian evangelists are the only ones who ever report witnessing events like this.

Would it make a difference if this evangelist was telling the truth or not?

Let's put it this way... if there was such a thing as what Jesus called "Satan", would this "Satan" have more success with people who believed in him as such, or with people who thought he was a fictional invention of the church?

By the way, speaking of death bed experiences, here's something that is specifically the direct opposite of the experience you described above... search YouTube for "Susan Atkins last words" (and while you're at it, watch some of the other videos about her, including the 1976 interview). In case you don't know who Susan Atkins is... she was one of the most notorious members of the Manson Family. Her story is remarkable. Of course, I mention all this knowing full well that everyone here will reject her purported transformation as nothing more than a failed attempt to manipulate the parole board. So you can take it for what you will.
