My Questions:

1- Is the life giving spirit ,the same as the holy spirit? If distinct , is such distinction based on textual support or mere assumption?

2- what is the nature of such life giving spirit? is it created or pre-existed? textual support ,if any plz.

3- Is the human soul that is breathed from God's spirit ,created or pre-existed?

4- How did the Jewish religious scholars in past and present view the matter?
Questions 1 and 2 are non-starters since the concept of G-d's spirit is related to how man perceives Him -- not an actual manifestation of G-d.  There are no manifestations of G-d.  He has no form.  (From Rambam's 13 Principles):

I believe with perfect faith that G-d does not have a body. physical concepts do not apply to Him. There is nothing whatsoever that resembles Him at all.
He is also One -- in a perfect unity so it is impossible to separate "parts" of Him.  He has no parts.    There is no support for the Christian concept of a separate "holy spirit."  There is zero textual support for such an idea.  Zero.

Prophecy is a direct form of communication of man to G-d.  G-d communicates Himself to prophets (not through angels) -- in the case of Moses He spoke directly with Moses.  Other prophets spoke with G-d through visions and prayers.  Prophets are there to communicate G-d's message to the people of their generation -- and they speak for G-d Himself and relay His message(s).

When we speak of G-d's holy spirit we are speaking of a form of communication of G-d to man that is lower than that of prophecy.  When a person feels moved by G-d (but does so in his or her own words) -- through a feeling, an impression of G-d -- this is G-d's spirit communicating.

Questions 3 -- the soul is created.   However it is different from all other creations.  G-d spoke and things were created.  For example:

G-d said, 'There shall be a sky in the middle of the water, and it shall divide between water and water.' (Bereshit / Genesis 1:6)
But when G-d gave man his soul it was not commanded, but rather G-d breathed a soul into man.

G-d formed man out of dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils a breath of life. Man [thus] became a living creature. (Bereshit / Genesis 2:7)
Morning prayers include this:
My G-d, the soul that You have placed into me is pure. You created it; You formed it; You breathed it into me; and You preserve it
To answer question #4 -- this is Jewish teaching and has always been Jewish teaching.  G-d is one.  There is no separate "ghost" or "spirit" save Him.  There is no savior but Him.  There is no redeemer but Him.   Mistranslations and deceit lead people down confusing paths but the Torah itself refutes the concept of the "holy spirit" entity as you describe it.
