The word הוא occurs in the Torah 642 times and is sometimes vocalised הוּא hu (the mascuine singular nominative pronoun “he”) and sometimes הִוא hi (its feminine counterpart “she”)—maybe someone would care to provide us with a count of how many instances there are of each spelling, because I have far better ways to pass my time—however, there are only ELEVEN instances in which the feminine form is spelt with הִיא (as far as I know, the spelling of הִוא with vav is limited to the five books of Torah and isn’t found in nach). This particular messy-antic nonsense is therefore a non-starter.
