That is the whole point. I could have pointed to countless miracles reported within the Post-Biblical Jewish tradition; but, that would be taking the bait. The real answer is that miracles are irrelevant to the question about whether the Jews should follow Torah or the miracle-worker. The Torah itself already answered that question. Christian missionaries simply don't like the answer.

So, instead of equating Christian miracles with Jewish ones. I chose a real-life example I was familiar with about someone who experienced a miracle from a practitioner of a pagan religion. Should a Jew take a closer look at Brazilian voodoo because it can produce miraculous cures? Should a Christian?
