Has anyone noticed that Mark, thus far, not answered the two questions I posed to him?
Well, sir, there's a reason for that: it's because you have, finally, completely stumped me!  Your line of questioning has, once and for all, settled all matters, philosophical and theological, and I have gone into hiding because I don't want to admit that I'm wrong about everything.

Actually, a better explanation was provided by another member of this forum...

Mark doesn't answer many questions sadly
First of all, if we take HW literally, he's quite right - I rarely answer questions sadly.  But taking his little problem with sentence structure aside, I must protest the spirit of his comment.  I don't answer many questions?  Really?  Aren't you the one who just about begged for someone to answer your question about having no need for Jesus?  Wasn't I the only one who tried?  I am so offended... I think I am going to go back into hiding now.  Oh... first I'll try to answer Arikm7's questions...

This will put this back and forth to rest succinctly.
Ha!  Yes, of course it will. :)

Does one's claim of miracles trump/override G-d's command regarding miracles?
No.  Why?  Have you seen any good miracles lately?

When G-d told a group of people not to do something and they don't do it, are they obedient and faithful to G-d and considered children of G-d?
That question has so many problems I don't know where to start. First, you're asking a question in the negative, which makes for a lot of confusion.  "Don't you like me?" the beautiful girl asked the smitten boy. "No... I mean, yes... I mean... oh, oh... I don't know what you're asking me!"

Look, I think you're just saying that you are being obedient to God for ignoring reports of miracles from people of other faiths.  All I can say is - you've got all the logical bases covered here.  There is no way I can "win" an argument with someone who claims that he wouldn't be impressed by someone rising from the dead after 3 days.  So let's suspend this discussion about miracles until I've got something more compelling to tell you about.
