Mark and others need to understand that our Heavenly Father DOES NOT expect or demand PERFECTION from mere mortals! Only our G-s is perfect, and every thing else is inherently imperfect and lacking. However, being a righteous individual, and true servant of Almighty, does not mean perfection, but rather obedient to our Heavenly Father's commandments! Teshuva is one of those very important commandments, and a reason why even righteous person can falter, yet still be a righteous individual when the person repents, confesses, and rises once more, as the verse says:

"The righteous fall seven times, and rise again, but the wicked stumble when calamity strikes" [Prov 24:16]

It's the Roman church that desperately needs to strawman the "perfection" in keeping Torah requirements, so they can then condemn all people into "curse" of the Law, and trap their listeners into hopeless accepting their man-god as the only way out of the made up curse.
