The idea of the pig being kosher is the Christians turning away from idolatry and returning to G-d, away from Jesus and idoatry.   Listen to R' Tovia Singer at 79:50 in the radio program "Beyond the Matrix."

In Vayikra / Leviticus chapter 11 we are told there are certain animals that are clean and they have to have 2 signs -- 1 is split hooves and the other is rise up (usually translated as "chew the cud").    If it has one without the other it is unclean -- not kosher.   There are 3 unique animals who bring up their food again but they do not have split hooves -- the camel is one.  There is a 4th animal (the pig) who has split hooves but does not bring its food up.    Outwardly it looks kosher but it is an appearance only. . .

These four animals represent the four kingdoms.  The three that bring up their food but don't have split hooves are Babylon, Persia and Greece.   One kingdom moves to the next and inherits from the previous (Babylon to Persia to Greece).     The last one is the חֲזִיר - chazir (pig) -- Edom.   Christianity (Edom) is the pig.    You can see its "split hooves."  Outwardly it says "look at me I'm kosher" (I'm monotheistic) -- but it is not kosher.   It is idolatry.   The Christians claim to have this Jewish thing -- from our bible to the claim that they worship HaShem while they are not. . .   but they will return to G-d and away from idolatry.

I'll try to listen to more tomorrow!
