Proteus, As I noted above, this discussion regards the claim that the verse is a prophecy about Bethlehem being the Messiah's birthplace.  In my article - O Little Town of Bethlehem (of Galilee) - I explain, using both CT accounts and archaeological evidence, that the "famous" Bethlehem, Bethlehem of Judea, couldn't possibly be Yeshu's birthplace.
