I am a Christian, and figured you'd appreciate at least one of those whom you addressed to answer your question.
First, let me point out that Peter, who experienced Jesus and his teachings first hand, supports Paul's teachings in 2nd Peter 3:14-16. It would appear that Peter finds Paul's teaching consistant with the Gospel message rather than a new doctrine or belief system.
As I don't know what you mean by the "New Jerusalem Church" or what books besides Acts and 2nd Corinthians mention any vision seen by Paul, I prefer you clarify your question before I attempt to answer it, lest I answer that which you haven't asked and/or neglect to answer the question you are actually posing.
