In the case of the disciples, they themselves met with Jesus after he had been resurrected in person. It was not a "belief", taught to them by others. And according to the nt, Jesus made sure that 100% of them experienced him in person even Thomas. And they themselves saw Jesus ascend to heaven.


and your point of this is what? where is your historical proof that these were actual living people? and where is your historical proof that they died for a belief in a risen xian god and not for some other reason? i.e. political, not believing in the divinity of an emperor, getting caught up in a killing spree, etc etc.
