I thought King Saul suffered from an evil spirit from G-d. Also, I thought G-d sent a lying spirit to 400 prophets in 1 Kings 22.
I am not sure what kind of a spirit was given to a guy in 2 Kings 19:7, but it led to him being killed I think.
Actually, other people's hearts were hardened, and not just pharoah. Deut. 2:30 mentions another king who was killed after his heart and spirit were hardened.
I don't know if there are other examples.
