Dougg
Quote:
The children of the first generation went in alright, but as adults, the second generation

Basic math for you Dougg: if the children of the first generation were born in Egypt (as the Torah describes) then they would have been 40+ years old when they entered Israel.

NOT a generation born in the desert.

Find me a Torah quote to support your contention that the women (old or not) and the children born in Egypt who were now adult women did not pass into Israel.

Fact is you are wrong -- Torah only says the men from the first generation did not enter, but the women (those who had been adults and those who had been children upon leaving Egypt) DID.

This is why it is important to read Torah carefully -- Torah says "all the MEN of that generation" and from that you assumed everyone.

Adding to Torah. Remember Deuteronomy.
And everything that Sarah tells you, listen to her voice. Genesis, 21:12
