Not to mention

Quote:
That the court shall not accept the testimony of a close relative of the defendant in matters of capital punishment (Deut. 24:16)

If the father speaks on behalf of the son it isn't acceptable per Jewish law -- not to mention

Quote:
Not to render a decision on one's personal opinion, but only on the evidence of two witnesses, who saw what actually occurred (Ex. 23:7)

Torah says you need more than one.

Jsus seems to agree (per the GT)

Then decides to ignore G-d's laws and says his "close relative" (who doesn't actually speak but Jsus says he is speaking for his "father) is good enough in total contradiction of Torah and then we have the bit about not having two witnesses.

Contradictory within the GT and most defintiely contradiction with Torah.
