I would also add that the written Torah is VERY specific about all sexual matters.

The niddah laws about a woman's period are extensive.

The Torah mentions every single member of your extended family that you are forbidden to be intimate with.

The Torah goes through who and what a man can't have sex with, and then does the same for a woman, even though, it would have been reasonable to assume the rules are the same for both sexes.

However, it is noticeably absent on premarital relations. I think this says something.

Also, in the sexual laws, it tells the consequences for violating them, such as bestiality and incest.

There is no talk of what happens if people have premarital sex.

There is also no example in the entire bible of someone being punished for premarital sex, as long as it wasn't accompanied by adultery or incest.
