Those are all characteristics of physical matter, not "spiritual" substance. Resurrection isn't necessary for the purely spiritual and non-physical world you are describing, as a soul already returns to Hashem when the body dies, and that has nothing to do with resurrection. The crux of resurrection is that the soul will return to a literal body (and all references or perceived references to resurrection in the Tanach - such as Ezekiel 37 - support that it is a return to bones, flesh, skin, etc) not that a soul will be put in some other spiritual entity. To say Christianity has a broader view is a misidentification. The view you have described is fantastical with no basis in the Tanach.
