As one who wish to be converted to Judaism is very important as well as to a Jew, An Ethical Code which if I am not wrong come
from The Mitzvot and The inner lessons
from any verse and Parashasa from Torah -to me who is studying it in my own is a very confortable and enjoyable "trip" : ).
I have noticed that there is a Oral Torah which was given by The Talmudic Sages and The Sanhedrim. But also I have noticed there is an evolution-trip in the
Spiritual
levels, into each Parashas -from Adam to Noah to Abraham to, Moshe...So, as an evolution can be said that The Laws are life as Creatures that keep growing up?
I mean, into Halachic viewpoints are The Laws or Mitzvot life meaning that they can bring differents interpretations and applyings?.
An example which I am worry about is The Penalty Death dscribed in The Torah, I know it was derogated by Sanhedrim...but as the Penalty Death was derogated
are there other laws which can be interpreted or DEROGATED-FROM A VIEWPOINT?: example is the forbbidem about Cartomancy-Astrology etc...Many phsicologists
see in the "tarot" just a package of card which brings SYMBOLICS-AND MEANINGS TO OUR SUB-CONSCIEOUSNESS...SO THAT INTERPRETATION ABOUT tarot IS
ACCODIRNG TO THE HALACHA?

Yosef, The foundation of Judaism is a relationship with G-d built on trust. A Jew TRUSTS what G-d does, has done, and WILL do. Methods of fortune telling, be they very occult like or merely flipping over a few tarot cards, no matter the means, the message is, "I want to know what will be. I want to be in control." This is diametrically opposed- the exact opposite- to what Jews and Judaism want to accomplish. Tarot card reading will never be according to halacha. 
The Torah calls Yishmael 'pereh adam.' Not a man who appears wild but wild who appears a man.

Yes, tarot reading card is at the end a will of control of the future ... but, my post was most about to know oneself by
knowing the symbols which connects to our sub-conscieousness. Having control on it is having control of our Life, but always for a G-dly Purpose.

No. Tarot are not an issue of idolatry. They are fortune telling.
You say you don't want to know the future but what is inside. Somehow you feel tarot cards are THE message to the subconscious. I don't know where you learned that and I don't know if it is. I do know that we have our Torah which speak to our conscious and subconscious. We have our mitsvos which speak to our subconscious. We have our holidays which speak to our subconscious. This coming Passover we have wine, symbolic of blood, and a pasty mixture of apples, nuts, wine and cinnamon or honey, symbolic of of the mortar used for making bricks. What the symbolism for? Let all the butchers order in tubs of blood from the slaughterhouses and everyone will buy a pint of blood and put it on the table! Call the handy man and get a pound of mortar and plop it down. The answer is that something that is too offensive to the conscious will get cut off and not have the proper affect on the subconscious. On Sukkos we take the lulav and esrog which our mystics tell us they correspond and correlate to the eyes, lips, heart and spine. We don't know of any credibility to tarot cards and we don't need them at all.

Pd. About the subconscious messages in the tarot it is said by many phsicologists, and I do read the author Alejandro
Jodorowsky. He´s a descedant from a Jew´s family born in Chile. He has made a inner work about the symbols of the tarot as way on helping us to know ourselves,
but not as a fortune telling...
