Here's a verse that's been brought up in the past to disprove JC prophecies....but I just wanted to look at it closer..
.Matthew 24:34 Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place. It's been expressed the generation being discussed here in the verse is the generation in which JC lived, and if that's the case then the prophecy did not come true.. BUT....what if that was not the generation being discussed???
The generation being discussed is the generation of the budding fig tree.. believed to be the generation of the new state of Israel ..1948..
Matthew 24: 32 "Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. 33 So you also, when you see all these things, know that it[d] is near-at the doors! 34 Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place. 35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.
Well, if this is true or un-true, I guess we'll find out soon enough.......and "Xian's" don't expect things to play-out like you have been brainwashed to believe!!
